For best results:
Measure your waist where you want the beads to fall (waist, belly, or hips).
Leave a little room for comfort.
Traditional Tie-On Waist Beads:
Wrap around waist, adjust fit.
Slide off extra beads.
Tie a double/triple knot.
Cut excess string (optional: seal knot).
